HOW TO CHOOSE BEST HAIR TRANSPLANT IN INDIA

HOW TO CHOOSE BEST HAIR TRANSPLANT IN INDIA

It’s a task now days to choose a hair transplant clinic anywhere in world. So many doctors, so many clinics, everyday a news paper ad claiming some revolutionary technique. This article will make life somewhat easier for the people who are trying to get hair transplant surgeries.

One important thing to remember that there are only and only two techniques in this world for hair transplant FUT or STRIP and FUE.Yes there is no third technique in this world. So first decide what you are looking for FUT or FUE.FUT involves cuts, stitches, stretching on the neck and is more invasive and I believe will be extinct in another 5 years. Most of the doctors now practice FUE but still some old doctor’s practice FUT.

I will talk about FUE now. After choosing the technique it’s important to choose clinic. In India hair transplant is divided in 3 categories.

1. Organized international chains-AlviArmani and 2 others

2. Organized Indian chains-Lot of new and very Few old

3. Unorganized Indian doctors clinic-Many and everyday new.

If you choose

1.organized international chains

Look carefully are they into hair transplant or they are doing other things also. Is hair transplant their main work or they do multiple things. Prefer a clinic whose main work globally is hair transplant. It’s important that these clinics invest lot of money in research and developing new techniques. No company in India invests in research. All in india mostly learn or try to copy them and are usually 5 years behind them.

Second important thing is who the surgeon there is. Remember best technique and instruments are waste without a good surgeon. Avoid meeting sales people in any clinics. Sales people can promise you world but it may not be reality. A surgeon will always guide you honestly. Avoid clinics that do not let you meet the surgeon.

Read about your surgeon and make sure he only does your surgery. You pay money for the surgeon and not anyone to do your surgery. Also remember original painting will always cost you more than copy of it.

2 organized Indian chains. See how old they are into transplants and how their work is. Meet some of their clients. Is their centre franchise or company operated. Meet the surgeon and get and idea. Be careful as there are many chains that show running many centers in India and abroad but actually they don’t exist. You may not get the best of technology but it can be cheaper.

3. Unorganized individual doctors and clinics-

This is something that you have to be most careful. Most of the doctors and clinics are just started after the boom of hair transplant in 2011.

95% of the doctors are part time hair transplant doctors and do very few cases every month. Prefer a full time doctor exclusively into hair transplants with minimum 5 years of experience. They will be much cheaper than other two above.

Whatever you choose remember that once you do a transplant it’s for life. I have done lot of hair transplant repair including the famous fashion designer jattinn kochhar but you end up paying much more money and time to correct bad transplant. So choose wisely. When you buy a car you don’t look at the cheapest. You look for the best you can afford. If you are not interested in doing all the research then there is a easy way to find what you want. Check what phone you are carrying. If its apple, Samsung or sony, choose option 1(Organized international chains), if you have lavaa or carbon then choose option 2(Organized Indian chains), and if you have some assembled phone bought from nearest phone shop then choose option 3(Unorganized Indian doctors clinic). All phone works and you can talk with them but you understand the difference. There is no possibility for upgradation or changing bad transplant. So in hair transplant don’t look at the cost. Look at the best you can afford.
